experts all around the globe commonly use to says that a city made out from it infrastructure developments and others aspect of it, from various discipline of knowledge all implemented in such masterplan that will bring to the impelentation stages. but furthermore of it, if we elaborate that things, we may pull out that the thinks came out first from the perspective about all the citizen occupy the area wide of the city.

In the beginning, the city form made out from the perspective given by the former people founded it, after that along with the improvement happen, unconciousness the city itself who made the perspective of the city, or in other words the city form the lifestyle of the citizen there, whereas, long ago they took to form a city as a place for all their activites.

thats why I say in this article that in atomic level, actually the city is made from the aggregate perspective of its own citizens, pull more again you'll find that the perspective came out from every single mind that outflow from each individuals there.
