today, as the modern life continue to grow fastly, city planning as well continue grow more complex. Cities In Indonesia, not like in western cities, have grow so an organic, even now there is a focus development on cluster housing but it is not make a significant impat to the whole structure of the city. what blossom out just reflect the partial development of the government.

there is too much city planning masterplan that not being applicated by every government in Indonesia because the corrup mentality among official employee. whereas, in that masterplan report implicitly the vision about development of the city for the at least five years.
